We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates, with same-day and express options available in Dubai. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to all seven Emirates of the UAE. Same-day and express delivery slots are available for select areas within Dubai when you order before the daily cutoff time shown at checkout.
Delivery Times
Most orders are delivered within 24-48 hours of confirmation. Orders for prescription items may take slightly longer while we verify your prescription. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by weather, public holidays, or courier availability.
Delivery Fees
Delivery is currently free on all orders across the UAE, as reflected in your order summary at checkout. We will always show any applicable delivery fee clearly before you place your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation by email with your order number. If you have any questions about the status of your delivery, our support team can look this up for you — just reach out with your order number handy.
Delays & Undeliverable Orders
If our courier is unable to reach you at the delivery address provided, they will attempt to contact you using the phone number on your order. If delivery still cannot be completed, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.
